TEORICON is a mobile application for the purchase, custody and delivery of physical gold. Each USD 250 lot corresponds to one 1.75 g coin of 999.9 fine gold, minted in Dubai, held in allocated custody at Transguard, and delivered upon the client’s instruction.
Payment by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer in the TEORICON application. One lot corresponds to one coin; the price is fixed at the moment of payment.
Immediately after purchase the coin is placed into Transguard custody: physically allocated to the client’s named cassette, with serial number and certificate available in the application.
The coin remains in custody until the client instructs delivery or sale. Insured shipment to the client’s address may be requested at any time.
Each coin exists prior to its sale. The client does not acquire a gram balance — the client acquires a specific object, № A-00174, already held in a cassette registered in the client’s name.
Coins are held in the high-security vaults of Transguard — the UAE’s largest security operator, part of the Emirates Group — in allocated, serial-numbered custody. Client metal is the client’s property, segregated from the operator’s assets and covered by all-risk insurance in the vault and in transit.
Included in the lot price. Thereafter 1% per annum; waived in full for holdings of 40 coins or more.
The coin registry equals the vault count: reconciled daily, sample-counted monthly, and audited quarterly by an independent auditor with a published Proof of Vault.
A coin is released from custody only upon the client’s request, confirmed by biometrics and two-factor authentication. Each hand-over is recorded in the coin’s history.
A delivery request is submitted in the application and confirmed by biometrics. Transguard prepares a sealed parcel; carriage is performed by specialised valuables carriers (Brinks, Malca-Amit) with door-to-door insurance. Hand-over requires identification and signature; the coin’s certificate remains available in the application permanently.
Delivery is optional. Coins may remain in custody for an unlimited period.
